CALCON 2010 Participants are encouraged to complete their Conference Registration online
via direct debiting of Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.
An alternative option is to download and submit the manual registration form to the Secretary-Treasurer accompanied by credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or an official bank check payable to The Calorimetry Conference [Fillable CALCON 2010 REGISTRATION FORM].
The Conference Registration Fee for CALCON 2010 Participants is $ 495.
The Conference Registration Fee for Graduate/Undergraduate Students is $ 250.

The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons is $ 150.
The registration fee includes:

The corresponding registration fee for Children is $ 100
Single-Day Colorado-Resident Registration Fee is $ 200. (This option is restricted to eligible Colorado residents)
The single-day registration fee includes
· Official Conference Abstracts, Program, and Proceedings
· All scheduled conference events for that day
· Morning/Afternoon breaks for that day
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our contractual obligations with the Glen Eyrie Castle & Conference Center require STRICT ENFORCEMENT OF DEADLINES related to payment of Conference Registration fees and Lodging/Meal Accommodation packages. Conference Registrations and/or Accommodation Reservations received after 01 June 2010 are subject to a late penalty of $ 100 apiece and will be processed on a space available basis. |
