GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Contributed Abstracts to ICCT 2012 should be arranged as follows:
- The abstract must be written in English with a limit of 600 words.
- The template provides a suggested format for the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and narrative.
- The abstract should contain sufficient detail/information to convey the results/conclusions.
- The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors agree with the abstract’s content.
- A list of five key words is required for indexing and referencing purposes.
- The use of non-standard abbreviations should be avoided.
- The use of footnotes is discouraged. Footnotes deemed absolutely essential to the narrative should be numbered consecutively as illustrated in the template.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Contributed Abstracts are only considered for evaluation providing the ICCT 2012 Conference Registration Fee is paid prior to the deadline of 18 April 2012. In the event that a Contributed Abstract is not accepted for presentation in the Scientific Program, the Conference Registration Fee will be refunded in full (excluding foreign exchange fees). |
