The Conference Organizing Committee has established a time-dependent fee schedule to reward Conferees who register by 18 April 2012. The ICCT 2012 Registration Fees and Deadlines for Professionals and Students are as follows:

The Conference Registration Fee for Professionals/Students includes:
Official Conference Abstracts, Program, and Proceedings
Airport Transfers on Regularly Scheduled Shuttles
Welcome Reception on Sunday evening (August 5)
Morning/Afternoon Breaks on Monday thru Friday (August 6-10)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Contributed Abstracts are only considered for evaluation providing the ICCT 2012 Conference Registration Fee is paid prior to the deadline of 18 April 2012. In the event that a Contributed Abstract is not accepted for presentation in the Scientific Program, the Conference Registration Fee will be refunded in full (excluding foreign exchange fees). |
The corresponding fees for Accompanying Persons and/or the Congress Dinner are not subject to the time-dependent registration deadline:

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE REFUND POLICY: Formal requests submitted prior to 05 June 2012 are subject to partial reimbursement of Conference Registration Fees in the amount of 50 percent. Refund requests submitted after 05 June 2012 will NOT be honored.
